Enterprise Product Manager – Network-as-a-Service (NaaS)

About the role

The Enterprise Product Manager for Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) will own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and continuous improvement. You will ensure NaaS solutions meet market demand, align with business goals, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer digital transformation goals.
• Identify market opportunities through research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Define product roadmaps, requirements, specifications, and service features.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Network, CX, Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM) to deliver and launch products.
• Conduct market and customer insight analysis to guide product enhancements.
• Define pricing, revenue models, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and manage lifecycle updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• 5–10 years of experience in ICT, telecom, or technology product management.
• Proven experience with enterprise ICT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data centre, or managed services.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management and exposure to telecom/digital services.
• Broad technical knowledge of managed data networks and related services.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating product strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
