Enterprise Project Management Intern

About the role

Airtel Kenya is seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Project Management Intern to support its networking and enterprise connectivity initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to network configuration, troubleshooting, and project coordination within a leading telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Support VLAN, IP addressing, and routing tasks under guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and network security activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in networking, enterprise connectivity, and cybersecurity principles.
• Basic understanding of VLANs, IP services, routing, and project management concepts.
• CCNA certification or current CCNA training is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and solve problems analytically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
