Entry Level Aerial Operative – Training Provided

About the role

We are expanding our long‑term work bank and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Aerial Operatives. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided through our approved training division.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aerial and ground‑based vegetation management tasks.
• Assist with fencing installation and maintenance.
• Support mechanical operations and equipment handling.
• Follow health and safety procedures on all sites.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Punctual and reliable timekeeping.
• Willingness to work outdoors and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, hard‑working and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Vegetation management awareness (preferred).
• Fencing experience (preferred).

What we offer

• Starting salary of £25,500 per year.
• £4,000 initial training allowance.
• Performance‑related bonus up to £5,100 per year after probation.
• Total potential earnings of £30,600 per year before overtime.
• All personal protective equipment provided.
• Opportunity to work one weekend per month if required.
