Entry-Level Engineering & Design Positions – Multiple Disciplines

About the role

Popli Design Group is seeking motivated recent graduates for a range of entry‑level positions across its engineering and design offices in New York State. Candidates will join multidisciplinary teams and receive on‑the‑job training while contributing to real projects in bridge inspection, civil, structural, electrical, and construction domains.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in field inspections of bridges, roads, and construction sites.
• Collect and analyse data for structural capacity assessments and material testing.
• Develop hydraulic and water‑distribution models, perform design calculations and prepare technical documents.
• Create and modify design drawings using Civil 3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD or Revit.
• Support construction monitoring, verify material conformance, and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in environmental and erosion‑control inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work safely in field environments and follow supervision.
