Executive Assistant - Marketing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant - Marketing Operations to support two senior business leaders across marketing, consulting, and operations. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and follow‑through in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities; organize inbox communication; coordinate travel and logistics; prepare meeting materials and track follow‑ups.
• Coordinate and schedule social media content; support email marketing campaigns; draft and edit content; conduct market and competitor research; support LinkedIn presence.
• Maintain KPI trackers and performance reports; update CRM systems and track pipelines; coordinate projects and follow up on deliverables; track tasks across teams and stakeholders; support reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content drafting, workflow organization, and data management.

Required profile

• Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; thinks ahead and anticipates needs; pays attention to detail without losing the bigger picture; remains calm and structured under pressure; comfortable with evolving priorities; can translate ideas into clear, actionable steps.
• Excellent written English; strong organizational and planning ability; clear and confident communication; experience supporting senior leaders or teams; ability to create structured presentations (PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT; strong research and analytical thinking; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
