Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver will provide safe, punctual and professional transportation for senior executives and authorized company representatives. This full‑time position requires a high level of discretion and a strong focus on passenger comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Transport executives to meetings, appointments, business functions, airports and other official engagements.
• Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic, road conditions, weather and security.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, fuel records and documentation for servicing and insurance.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules and company information.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or corporate settings.
• Excellent knowledge of Nairobi roads, major business districts, airports and key destinations across Kenya.
• Ability to undertake long‑distance journeys to different counties.
• Professional appearance, courteous demeanor and sound judgment in confidential situations.

Required skills

• Defensive driving and road safety awareness.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and inspection skills.
• Strong route planning and navigation abilities.
• Knowledge of major Kenyan highways and travel regulations.
