Executive House Manager – Hospitality Supervisor

About the role

The Executive House Manager will lead the housekeeping and hospitality teams in a busy 3‑ to 4‑star hotel environment. This senior supervisory position ensures that all guest areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and hospitality staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and service standards are consistently met.
• Manage inventory and housekeeping supplies.
• Train, mentor and evaluate staff performance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a House Manager or Hospitality Supervisor.
• Previous work experience in a 3‑star or 4‑star hotel.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
