About the role
Marble Capital Solutions is expanding its Logbook Loans and Asset Finance division and seeks a motivated Executive Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition and loan disbursement in the Nairobi area. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective borrowers, guiding them through the loan application process and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for loan and asset finance products.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals and other channels.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self‑driven, hardworking and target‑oriented.
- Must be based around Kitengela and surrounding areas.
