Expansion Manager

About the role

Glovo is seeking an Expansion Manager to lead growth and operational performance across multiple cities or regions. You will act as a business owner, shaping the marketplace health while building and mentoring a regional team of account managers and sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional P&L, driving KPIs for growth, profitability and customer experience.
• Lead market entry and vertical expansion, establishing sustainable foundations in new cities.
• Optimize supply‑demand balance, improve delivery performance and reduce operational costs.
• Identify high‑impact commercial opportunities and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen market share.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Operations, Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Recruit, develop and mentor a high‑performing regional team.
