About the role
We are looking for an experienced Uber or digital‑taxi driver to join our team in Nairobi. The role focuses on providing safe, reliable, and professional passenger transport while upholding high standards of customer service and road safety.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers promptly using ride‑hailing platforms.
- Maintain a clean, well‑maintained vehicle and ensure it meets all regulatory requirements.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide courteous service, assist passengers with luggage, and address any inquiries.
- Track earnings, expenses, and vehicle performance using the app dashboard.
Required profile
- Valid Kenyan driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years experience driving for Uber, Bolt, or similar platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi’s road network and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
