Exports Administration Associate

About the role

The Exports Administration Associate will support NFT Consult’s international shipping operations by ensuring accurate export documentation and compliance. You will act as a liaison between clearing agents, internal teams, and logistics partners to keep shipments on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documentation in line with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with clearing agents and internal stakeholders to facilitate customs clearance.
• Track shipments, update the export register, and flag any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation integrity.
• Identify and escalate risks related to export processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (a relevant diploma may be considered with sufficient experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in export documentation, customs procedures, or shipping administration.
• Training or certification in customs procedures, export documentation, or freight forwarding is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with shipment‑tracking software.
• Knowledge of document‑control systems.
