F&B Manager

About the role

Peaks Hotel Nanyuki is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its dining operations. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests while driving profitability and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory procedures.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front‑office teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make strategic decisions.
