Feed Mill Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Feed Mill Manager to lead our feed production facility, overseeing the entire process from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch. The role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, safe and cost‑effective operations that meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to-end feed mill operations, including raw material intake, processing, packaging and dispatch.
• Drive production efficiency, quality, safety and cost optimisation.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee production planning, maintenance, inventory control and operational budgeting.
• Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in feed mill operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record in large‑scale feed manufacturing and integrated poultry operations.
