Field Debt Collections Agent – Multiple Regions (Kenya)

About the role

Rapidcash Ventures Limited is looking for a motivated Field Debt Collections Agent to support its Collections department across several regions in Kenya. The role involves visiting clients with overdue loans, negotiating repayment plans, and reporting collection activities to the Collections Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and collect payments from clients with aged loans as assigned.
• Apply debt‑collection best practices while complying with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and repayment agreements.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients to facilitate timely repayments.
• Work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet collection targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance or a related field; a degree is a plus.
• At least one year of proven experience in debt collection or loan recovery.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements governing debt‑collection activities.
• Ability to work in the field across Nyanza, Rift Valley, Nairobi, Kiambu and Western regions.
