Field Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Marketing Officer to lead sales and market penetration for electric motorbikes across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will be at the forefront of M‑KOPA’s e‑mobility revolution, engaging directly with customers through field visits, product demonstrations and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and conduct field visits to promote and sell electric motorbikes.
• Generate and convert leads through field visits, customer referrals, partner networks and community engagement.
• Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers, local communities, leaders and influencers.
• Support marketing campaigns by distributing materials and organizing local events.
• Collect market data, customer feedback and competitor insights and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or related field, preferably direct‑to‑consumer sales in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with Excel and mobile sales tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi and report to the Senior Commercial Manager.
