Field Sales Representative – Kiambu, Kenya

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive demand for our products across Kiambu, Kenya. You will work directly with customers, from prescribers and pharmacies to medical facilities, to generate sales and ensure timely order delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to company‑provided leads and follow up consistently.
• Visit clients in the field, identify needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Handle objections, close deals, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and territory coverage.
• Arrange appointments, manage client listings, and use bulk texting/calling for demand creation.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales and marketing; field medical rep experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
