Finance Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the Supply Chain function of East African Breweries PLC. You will provide decision‑support through accurate planning, monitoring, reporting and analysis of financial results and projections.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all Supply Chain planning activities, delivering budgets, long‑range plans, re‑forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Prepare cost‑center reports and conduct monthly reviews with department heads.
• Track waste and repair/maintenance budgets weekly, driving corrective actions.
• Provide insights on cost drivers during monthly performance sessions and generate performance reports.
• Review, analyse and interpret product costings; audit post‑production data and update costings.
• Visit the factory floor regularly to understand production processes and support process improvement across the supply value chain.
• Act as an internal consultant, fostering teamwork and improving information flows.
• Assist non‑finance peers in enhancing their financial capability, leveraging SAP.
• Execute projects assigned by the Head of Supply Finance.

Required profile

• A business‑related degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA (Kenya).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role within manufacturing or cost accounting.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for financial analysis.
