Finance Intern

About the role

The Finance Intern will support the day‑to‑day operations of Eezy Track Limited’s Finance Department, gaining hands‑on experience across accounting, treasury, reporting, inventory management and financial administration. This role offers a practical introduction to finance functions within an automotive & aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and bank transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Post financial transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Reconcile sales valuations between the Operations Portal and D365.
• Receive customer M‑Pay payments and allocate them to invoices promptly.
• Process and monitor imprest requests and retirements for field teams.
• Support tracker verifications, inventory counts and periodic stock‑takes.
• Book and reconcile petty‑cash transactions with proper documentation.
• Maintain filing and safekeeping of finance records.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and management reporting.
• Support store operations, including receipting and issuance of inventory items.
• Participate in internal audits and provide required documentation.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with up to one year of finance or accounting experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
