Finance Manager – Nairobi

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across its farm, lake, logistics and sales activities in Nairobi and regional markets. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on process management to support growth in Kenya, Rwanda and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain end‑to‑end business process management across farm, lake, logistics and sales operations.
• Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.
• Identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Co‑pilot major investment activities for farm, logistics and sales projects.
• Manage international procurement processes, focusing on cost reduction and efficient shipments.
• Provide inputs for budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with farm, lake, logistics, commerce, audit, risk and finance leadership.
• Spend significant time on‑site at farm and logistics centres to understand all business facets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline.
• CPA‑K or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of operational finance experience, preferably in FMCG or agriculture.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning and control implementation.
• Ability to partner with business owners and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable challenging existing processes.
