Fleet Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Administrator to manage and optimise the vehicle fleet for Unique Brilliant Tours and Safari in Nairobi. The role ensures smooth vehicle operations, compliance with Kenyan regulations, and cost‑effective management of fleet resources.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle records and oversee driver scheduling and dispatch.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs, liaising with service providers and insurance companies.
• Handle driving licence procedures and manage all vehicle documentation.
• Monitor and analyse fleet expenses such as fuel, tolls, maintenance and repairs.
• Verify authenticity of vehicle‑related documents and ensure compliance with local traffic laws and government requirements.
• Support cost‑control initiatives while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) experience in fleet or vehicle management.
• Familiarity with Kenyan government procedures, driving licence processes and traffic regulations.
• Strong organisational, coordination and cost‑control abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented work approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for record‑keeping and reporting.
