Forensic Associate – Audit & Investigations

About the role

Stealth Africa Consulting offers a dynamic forensic accounting, audit and investigations programme across 16 African countries. As a Forensic Associate you will work on short‑term assignments, travel extensively within the region and support clients in detecting, preventing and investigating fraud and misconduct.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work plans and engagement files in line with client terms of reference.
• Conduct in‑depth forensic audits and investigations into suspected fraudulent activities.
• Gather and compile evidence that meets legal standards for admissibility in court.
• Prepare detailed reports, supporting documents and present findings to clients.
• Provide value‑adding recommendations to improve clients' internal control environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA‑K or finalist) or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in a forensic accounting firm is an advantage.
