Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Tripdash is a fast‑scaling traveltech startup looking for its first marketing hire. As the founding Growth Marketer you will work directly with the founder, own the paid‑acquisition engine from day one and shape the future marketing function as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit and other channels.
• Launch, manage and scale campaigns with full responsibility for performance metrics.
• Create ad concepts, write copy, storyboard creatives and produce or direct UGC‑style content.
• Build testing frameworks that continuously generate winning creatives.
• Analyze acquisition funnels, identify growth opportunities and improve conversion performance.
• Set up and optimise tracking infrastructure, attribution and reporting systems.
• Collaborate side‑by‑side with the founder on growth strategy and execution.
• Lay the foundations for a future marketing team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Managed >$2.5 M in ad spend across at least two major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit).
• Startup experience (employee #2–#15), preferably in marketplace or B2B2C environments.
• Handled advertising budgets of $300 K+ per month with demonstrable business impact.
• Comfortable working across media buying and creative production.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and experimentation.
