About the role
Join Pam Nail Art as the first point of contact for spa and salon guests. You will ensure a warm, professional welcome and smooth coordination of appointments and services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in spa guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and liaise with spa therapists.
- Handle phone, email, and in‑person inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Keep the front‑desk area and reception lounge tidy and inviting.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless spa operations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required profile
- Entry‑level qualification.
- Ability to work in a customer‑facing environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
