Fulfilment Officer - FMCG Industry

About the role

The Fulfilment Officer will ensure that customer orders for our FMCG products are processed, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Working closely with sales, planning, procurement, warehouse, and transport teams, you will be the key link that guarantees product availability and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify customer orders in the ERP system, confirming product availability and correct pricing.
• Generate picking lists, coordinate warehouse picking, packing, and staging activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, investigate variances, and support cycle counts.
• Coordinate deliveries with transport providers, prepare dispatch documents, and track shipments to delivery confirmation.
• Provide order status updates to customers and resolve any fulfilment‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor fulfilment cycle times, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics within an FMCG environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for order entry and inventory management.
