Full-Stack Developer – Backend Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Full‑Stack Developer to lead our backend efforts. You will design, build, and optimise the server‑side infrastructure that powers our digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django or FastAPI.
• Design, implement and document RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Customise Microsoft Dynamics 365, create Power Automate flows, and manage Dataverse data.
• Deploy and manage cloud resources on Azure (preferred) or AWS, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases, monitor performance and produce maintenance logs.
• Produce technical documentation and system performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of production‑grade backend development experience.
• Proven expertise in Python with Django/FastAPI.
• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 customisation and API integration.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and cloud‑native practices.
