GA Data Administrator

About the role

The GA Data Administrator supports the organisation by managing data collection, analysis and reporting processes. This role ensures that operational reports are accurate, timely and meet quality standards while maintaining the underlying databases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and delivering required operational reports, screening for quality and identifying exceptions.
• Generate, analyse and consolidate data for time‑in‑motion studies and audit reporting.
• Maintain and update relevant databases, track data errors and support regular system meetings.
• Suggest enhancements, collaborate with system users and developers, and resolve technical issues.
• Document assurance checks, compile audit reports and calculate incentives based on qualification thresholds.
• Provide ongoing information on policies, processes and any changes affecting audits.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a systems or analytical environment, preferably within FMCG.
• Diploma or certification in a related field.
• Strong report‑writing, administration and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in managing and maintaining databases.
