About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Game Coach to join our gaming centre in Westlands, Nairobi. You will guide customers through the fast‑paced shooter “Delta Force: Hawk Ops”, helping them improve their performance in both PvP and PvE matches. This part‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you can share your gaming expertise while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany customers during gameplay sessions of Delta Force: Hawk Ops.
• Provide real‑time tactical advice and in‑game support for PvP and PvE matches.
• Maintain clear, friendly voice communication throughout the session.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled on‑site shifts.

Required profile

• Proficient in Delta Force: Hawk Ops with solid shooting‑game capabilities.
• Fluent spoken English for voice chat with clients.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and positive communication attitude.
• Ability to work on‑site; remote work is not permitted.
• Punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
