About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Game Coach to guide customers through Delta Force: Hawk Ops sessions at our Westlands venue. The role involves real‑time tactical advice, voice communication, and delivering a fun, supportive gaming experience on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Accompany customers to play Delta Force: Hawk Ops, joining both PVP and PVE matches.
- Provide real‑time tactics suggestions and in‑game support during sessions.
- Maintain clear, friendly voice communication with players throughout the game.
- Attend scheduled on‑site shifts punctually and reliably.
Required profile
- Proficient in Delta Force: Hawk Ops with solid shooting‑game capability.
- Fluent spoken English for voice chat with clients.
- Must work on‑site; remote work is not permitted.
- Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Strong customer‑service awareness and a positive communication attitude.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between KES 45,000 and KES 60,000.
- Part‑time schedule with fixed on‑site shifts in Westlands, Nairobi.
