General Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The General Manager will lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee multiple departments, align strategies with business goals, and uphold the highest standards of service and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate front office, housekeeping, sales, and finance functions.
• Develop and implement revenue‑generation strategies and business development initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control costs.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• 45 years or older with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in hotel, restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Proven track record in managing multiple departments and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
