General Manager – Manufacturing & Packaging

About the role

The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for IBS Pack Print Limited, overseeing the polythene and polythread manufacturing divisions. The role drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced packaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share in the packaging industry.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, warehousing and logistics.
• Lead long‑term business and operational planning aligned with company objectives.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor profitability and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other best practices.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and managing production lines.
• Experience in the packaging sector, specifically polythene and polythread products.
• Reports directly to the Director.
