Global AMS Manager

About the role

The Cloud People is seeking a Global AMS Manager to own and evolve its worldwide Application Management Services (AMS) offering for ServiceNow. In this strategic position you will shape service design, pricing, and delivery while partnering with sales, competency centers, and delivery teams to create high‑value, scalable solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and continuously improve the global ServiceNow AMS portfolio, including service packages, pricing models and delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales and go‑to‑market teams to support proposals, commercial opportunities and customer negotiations.
• Work closely with Service Delivery Managers and Global Competency Centers to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across regions.
• Drive operational excellence through best practices, automation, AI and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish key service metrics, monitor performance and use customer feedback to evolve the offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or developing Application Management Services or managed services for ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in service design, pricing or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to work across sales, delivery and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
