Global Recruitment Associate – Fixed-Term

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Recruitment Associate to support hiring across its operations. You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple open roles, and lead a small recruiting team to ensure a smooth, candidate‑centric hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Own 8 to 12 roles simultaneously, maintaining candidate pipelines and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, set realistic timelines, and deliver quality hires.
• Proactively source talent for hard‑to‑fill positions and build long‑term talent pools.
• Manage a team of 1‑3 recruiters, set goals, provide feedback, and mentor their development.
• Leverage ATS data to identify bottlenecks, track metrics, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a social‑enterprise, high‑growth, or multi‑country environment.
• Demonstrated project‑management ability handling multiple workstreams.
• People‑management experience supervising a small recruiting team.
• Stakeholder‑management experience working with senior leaders.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
