Global Young Professionals Programme 2027

About the role

Genesis is launching its Global Young Professionals Programme for 2027, targeting recent graduates and early‑career professionals who want to drive impact across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Participants will join a fast‑moving consultancy that blends boutique agility with senior‑leadership access.

Key responsibilities

• Work on high‑stakes, real‑world problems for public, private and donor sector clients, often across borders.
• Apply Genesis’s proprietary G+ problem‑solving methodology and AI‑augmented tools to analyse data, develop recommendations and support implementation.

Required profile

• Passionate, self‑motivated and resilient problem solver with strong ethical standards.
• Analytical thinker with an excellent academic record and a willingness to question data and AI outputs.
• Collaborative, adaptable and driven to deliver results within time and budget constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytical software such as Stata, R, Python or advanced Excel.
• Comfort using modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to streamline research and workflows.
• Strong English communication, storytelling and writing abilities.
