Google Workspace AI Personalization Rater (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote contractor to help improve AI systems that personalize professional email responses. You will evaluate AI‑generated answers using your own professional Google Workspace email history as context, providing objective feedback to enhance future AI experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple responses and identify the stronger overall experience.
• Spot unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and subtle inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, detailed, and well‑reasoned written feedback for each evaluation.
• Follow evaluation guidelines consistently while protecting privacy and maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong US English proficiency with the ability to evaluate nuanced written content.
• Active Google Workspace (Gmail) account used regularly for professional communication, containing at least 1,000 emails.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable desktop or laptop, internet access, and ability to follow detailed project instructions.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of $12 USD.
• Immediate start with an expected duration of 12‑16 weeks.
