About the role

The Graduate Trainee Program at Riley Falcon Security offers recent graduates a rotational experience across key operational areas such as Operations, Accounting, Logistics, IT, and Human Resources. Key responsibilities

• Rotate through assigned departments to understand processes and contribute to daily tasks.
• Support strategic projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Analyse departmental data and prepare actionable reports for senior management.
• Participate in workshops, technical training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Uphold the professionalism and integrity associated with the Riley Falcon brand.

Required profile

• First‑Class or Upper Second‑Class Honours degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Criminology, Finance, Supply Chain, IT).
• Minimum grade B (Plain) in KCSE.
• Recent graduate (within 2 years) or final‑year student.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High personal integrity and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
