Graduate Training Program – 2025 Cohort

About the role

Isuzu East Africa Ltd is offering a one‑year Graduate in Training (GIT) programme for 2025 graduates across the East African Community. The programme provides hands‑on experience in multiple business areas, allowing participants to develop professional skills while contributing to real projects in a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support product planning, engineering, and supply‑chain activities.
• Assist manufacturing operations, facilities, and maintenance teams.
• Contribute to commercial functions such as sales, marketing, aftersales, leasing and customer experience.
• Participate in IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Engage with HR and corporate sustainability projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Procurement, Commerce, IT, HR, Law, Journalism, Communication).
• Graduation year 2025.
• KCSE mean grade A‑ or GPA ≥ 3.7; university GPA ≥ 3.0 (Upper Second Class).
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CPS, CIM, CISA, CIPS) are an advantage.
