Graphic Designer – Fixed-Term (2‑year contract)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will independently manage design portfolios for multiple countries, creating farmer‑facing materials, reports, newsletters and other collateral. The role balances creative execution with stakeholder communication, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned design work for 2–3 country portfolios, from brief through final delivery.
• Lead stakeholder communication, set clear expectations, and navigate feedback to guide effective design solutions.
• Develop concepts, produce print‑ready and digital assets, and ensure technical accuracy across diverse audiences.
• Identify and implement improvements to design processes, templates and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of professional graphic design experience, including end‑to‑end project management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong print and digital design skills with production‑ready file preparation.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand application.
• Foundational experience in packaging design from concept to production‑ready artwork.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva experience is a plus.
