Growth Administrator (Entry Level)

About the role

The Growth Administrator will join Africa Fleet Management Solutions’ 2026‑2035 growth journey across Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, the role supports market expansion, product and system development, digital presence, sales documentation and management reporting for all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new market, customer and internal research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting across SBUs.
• Manage sales and customer service documentation and maintain product brochures and profiles.
• Oversee social media channels and website content to enhance digital presence.
• Support product software and system development initiatives.
• Coordinate telematics tracking, automotive supply lease management, rescue & recovery operations, insurance support and IoT integration.

Required profile

• Graduate engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, electronics, IT, telecommunications, industrial or related).
• 0‑10 years of relevant experience, with a strong analytical and organizational mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Result‑oriented attitude with ownership mindset and passion for technology and growth in Africa.
