Head, Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

The Head of Infrastructure & Energy will lead the development and execution of the sector strategy within KCL Group's Corporate Banking division. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and client relationship excellence across the infrastructure and energy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Infrastructure & Energy sector strategy aligned with the overall corporate banking strategy.
• Achieve annual business growth targets for revenue, fees, profit before tax, assets, liabilities and customer numbers.
• Oversee client deal execution, ensuring cross‑selling of existing and new banking products.
• Design client marketing plans, manage pricing, and monitor return on equity.
• Maintain portfolio quality within NPL and PAR limits and ensure timely, high‑quality credit proposals.
• Lead, coach and manage the relationship management team to meet financial and non‑financial targets.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, and conduct performance management for the team.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognized institution; a Master’s in Finance or Business is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/financial institutions, with at least 6 years in senior management roles focused on infrastructure and energy.
• Proven track record of meeting business growth and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of banking industry trends, regulations and risk management.
• Excellent cross‑cultural, people and relationship management capabilities.
