About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Project Management & Investments to lead KCB Bank’s real estate and affordable housing development agenda. The role will shape the bank’s housing and real estate strategy, drive long‑term funding for the mortgage portfolio and mitigate liquidity risk.

Key responsibilities

Manage, advance, design, implement and provide technical support for the bank’s housing and real estate development strategy.
Develop innovative investment and funding models and secure sustainable funding lines for the mortgage book.
Lead strategic capital‑raising initiatives and provide leadership to fundraising, project‑management, valuation and technical support functions.
Ensure successful delivery of housing and real‑estate projects, positioning the bank as a leading player in Kenya’s housing ecosystem.
