Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides strategic leadership across all departments and upholds the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations, coordinating accommodation, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and conferencing.
• Maintain and continuously improve service delivery standards to meet brand expectations.
• Monitor operational performance, implement improvement initiatives, and support revenue‑enhancement projects.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Supervise and mentor departmental heads, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations and uphold operational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in hotel, resort, or conference facility operations management.
• Proven leadership ability to manage departmental heads and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
