Human Capital Intern (Development Finance)

About the role

Human Capital Intern gaining professional and practical experience in human capital management within a development finance environment. The position is hybrid and requires enrolment in a master’s programme, nationality of an AfDB member country and fluency in English or French.

Required profile

• Be at least the age of majority in your country and not older than 30 at the start of the internship.
• Currently enrolled in a recognised master’s degree programme (or within one year of graduation).
• National of an African Development Bank member country.
• Fluent in English or French.
• Provide a letter from your school confirming enrollment or a copy of your degree.
• Have access to a personal computer, reliable internet and a conducive environment for remote work (if applicable).
• Internship duration between three and six months; may be remote or on‑site depending on unit needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP.
