Human Resource Manager

About the role

HR Box Africa is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple countries. The role will drive talent management, compliance, and organizational development for the regional business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements in each country.
• Lead talent management, performance, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, and employee relations for regional operations.
• Advise senior leadership on organizational development and change initiatives.
• Drive HR governance, HRIS implementation and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional HR certification (CHRP(K), IHRM, CIPD, SHRM‑SCP, SPHR or equivalent).
• 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior management roles.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of international employment law, labor relations and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation.
