Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong administrative support across the full HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for middle and junior positions, managing candidate communication, interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.
• Administer HR policies, maintain filing systems, manage employee exits, support payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management and employee recognition programmes.
• Prepare and analyse HR data for monthly management reports, probationary reports and daily attendance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (CHRP-K or ongoing is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour law and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HR systems or payroll software is advantageous.
