ICT Business Partner

About the role

The ICT Business Partner will champion Britam’s technological transformation across the BGI and Connect segments. Acting as a strategic adviser, you will ensure IT serves as a core enabler of business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Advise BGI and Connect segment leadership on leveraging IT as a strategic enabler.
• Lead delivery of IT components for all strategic initiatives within the segments.
• Collaborate with segment MANCO to drive change and align IT with business goals.
• Support IT infrastructure, PMO teams and oversee system administration, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.
• Provide a single point of contact for all IT matters, consolidating status of operations, projects and security.
• Advise on IT risk management, enterprise architecture compliance and prioritize initiatives for the Group IT plan and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology (Master’s preferred).
• 7‑10 years of experience in IT services and system development, with 3‑4 years in a management role.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
• TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect.
• Oracle Certified Master – Java EE.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Master certifications.
• Proven experience in product development, business innovation and stakeholder management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
