ICT Manager – Lead Network & IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for an ICT Manager to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our company’s digital infrastructure. The role will oversee network, cloud, security and enterprise applications to ensure reliable and secure IT services for the manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define network specifications, configure routers, routing protocols and interface settings.
• Build and maintain a unified, secure digital backbone across enterprise, operations and corporate IT.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and manage firewalls and security policies.
• Oversee enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, procurement, MES, PLM, SCM and BI/Analytics.
• Manage customer platforms including e‑commerce, distributor portals, mobile apps and omnichannel CX.
• Supervise operations technology (OT) like SCADA, IoT sensors, plant automation and predictive maintenance.
• Administer corporate IT services: cloud, collaboration suites, identity & access management, endpoint management and IT service desk.
• Implement security and surveillance solutions: CCTV, access control, SOC monitoring and digital forensics.
• Lead data, analytics and AI initiatives: data warehouses, lakes, dashboards, ML/AI platforms and automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as RPA, blockchain, AR/VR, digital twins and sustainability tracking.
• Provide user training, documentation and continuous improvement of the ICT environment.
• Manage the ICT support team and ensure efficient delivery of IT services.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of ICT management experience.
• Proven ability to design, implement and maintain complex network infrastructures.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on security and performance.
