ICT Officer

About the role

Highlands Drinks Limited is seeking an ICT Officer to manage and enhance its enterprise IT environment across multiple sites. The role combines network, server, cloud, and security responsibilities to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks and VPN connectivity.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments, covering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity and availability against defined KPIs.
• Oversee cloud services and coordinate upgrades, maintenance and disaster‑recovery exercises.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID) and support SAP Business One integrations.
• Handle user lifecycle management, licensing, documentation and SOPs.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, patch management, backups and regular risk assessments.
• Design workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform and integrate systems via APIs or middleware.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support for ICT incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting enterprise ICT environments, preferably in a fast‑paced, multi‑site organization.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, CompTIA Security+ or Azure are an advantage.
