Implementation Coordinator – Client Onboarding & SaaS Deployment

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to lead client onboarding and SaaS deployment for our HRIS solutions. The role bridges the gap between sales and product teams, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process, from drafting implementation plans to coordinating kickoff meetings.
• Manage data migration, configure organisational structures, leave policies, attendance and shift calendars.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Deliver training, run user acceptance testing, and support the go-live and hyper-care phases.
• Handle first-line client queries, log and track support tickets, and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Maintain implementation documentation, checklists and contribute to knowledge-base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, software implementation, customer success, project coordination or business analysis.
• Project-management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Google PM) or HR certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with client data handling, system configuration and SaaS environments.
