In-Store Sales Representative

About the role

The In-Store Sales Representative will work at our Westlands branch, driving sales of consumer‑technology products and services. You will engage both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products and services to customers using solid arguments.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets within the scheduled timeframe.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Assist in pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
• Prepare replenishment orders and conduct daily stock‑taking to minimise losses.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented display unit with properly packaged and secured products.
• Answer client queries regarding credit terms, product availability and pricing.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities and potential new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to quickly build rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
