Instructional Designer – Training & Development

About the role

ADMA Biologics is seeking an Instructional Designer to join its Training & Development team. You will create engaging learning solutions that support scientific, technical, and compliance‑driven operations in plasma collection and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules, instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), microlearning, job aids, and assessments.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, scientists, compliance officers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate content.
• Utilize authoring tools (Grok, VistaCreate, Camtasia) and eLearning platforms to build and deploy training.
• Ensure all learning programs meet FDA, GMP, GCP, GLP, GxP, and CLIA regulatory standards.
• Implement feedback mechanisms, track learning effectiveness with data analytics, and continuously improve content.
• Manage multiple design projects, delivering on schedule and aligning with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of instructional design experience, preferably in biopharma, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• Experience working in regulated environments with a focus on compliance training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and training methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear learning materials.
